All duties, tariffs and customs charges are fully included in the price you see on our website. What you pay at checkout is what you pay - nothing more. This applies to all international orders including the USA, Canada and Australia.

Made to order items: Some pieces in our collection are made to order by our Dublin goldsmiths. These items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated production time of 3-5 weeks. Your order will ship as soon as the piece is completed and quality checked.

How we ship

All orders are shipped from our Dublin warehouse using tracked and insured courier services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. You can use this to follow your parcel every step of the way from Dublin to your door.

Duties and customs

We understand that unexpected customs charges can be frustrating - especially when ordering a gift. That is why we include all duties, tariffs and customs fees in our prices. You will never be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives. This is our commitment to every international customer.

For our US customers specifically - all import tariffs are covered in your order price. There are no additional charges on delivery.

Packaging

Every order from Celtic Cross Online is carefully packaged in a branded gift box - ready to give as a gift or to keep as a keepsake. Your jewellery is wrapped securely to protect it during transit. If you would like a special gift message included, simply add a note at checkout.
