Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging including the gift box
- The item must not have been altered or resized

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer. We take quality very seriously and every piece is inspected before it leaves our Dublin warehouse.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund on their end.
