Measure in the evening when fingers are at their largest. Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm. Divide by 3.14 to get the diameter.

Colgante de hurley gaélico

Uno de los juegos de campo más rápidos y antiguos del mundo, el hurling es un deporte irlandés con una historia ancestral. Se encuentran referencias a él en la leyenda del siglo VII de Táin Bó Cúailnge, donde un joven héroe, Setanta, se defiende de un enorme perro golpeando un sliotar (pelota de hurling) en su garganta con su camán (palo de hurley).

El deporte está gobernado por la Asociación Atlética Gaélica (GAA) (Cumann Lúthchleas Gael), fundada el 1 de noviembre de 1884 en una reunión en Thurles, Co. Tipperary, por un grupo de irlandeses con espíritu que tuvieron la visión de darse cuenta de la importancia de establecer una organización nacional para hacer el atletismo más accesible a las masas.
