Order Process
Our fully-secure checkout gives you the option of paying by credit card with our secure Stripe payment gateway.
After you place an online order you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ e-mail confirming that we received your order.
If you wish to pay for your order by any other means please contact a Celtic Cross Online representative by emailing sales@celticcrossonline.com.
All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Returns Policy
We work very hard to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your piece for a full refund. You may return items within 45 days of receipt. During the Christmas season, we extend this to 60 days. Please note that all returned jewelry must be unworn and all original documentation and packaging must be sent with it. A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item.

Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and stating action to be taken. If the return item is valued at more than $100 we suggest that you use a ‘delivery confirmation’ service.
Similarly, if you need to exchange the jewelry item for another size or type, please mail it to the above address. Please include a note with the package stating your full name and/or order number and action to be taken.
On the customs declaration label please state: “Return Item. Goods of Irish Origin.” (This avoids the package being delayed in customs on the way back into Ireland.)
Exceptions
We cannot accept the return of customized jewelry including:
- Personalized engraved items.
- Special orders commissioned by you.
Defects
Every time before we ship, we make sure that the product meets exacting quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, we will cover the cost of returning the jewelry to us and we will issue a full refund of the item.
Engraving
We provide an engraving service at a cost of $2.00 per letter. Please provide us with your engraving request by adding it to the ‘additional information’ section of the order form.
Please note, engraved items may not avail of our return policy.
Security
All order information including your credit card number is received through Stripe payment gateway. Your personal information is therefore not made available to us so it is a fully secure and encrypted system.
We ask our customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name and address, and email address. We use this data only for the purpose of fulfilling an order, or communicating with the customer or shipper about the status of an order. We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers’ personal data.
